Allow a custom message in reservation change notification emails.
When overriding a reservation due to maintenance or other aircraft availability issues, I always try to send the affected pilots an explanation of why I'm doing it. This requires me to look up the email addresses of those pilots and compose a separate email. It would be really helpful if I had the ability to add explanatory text to the automatically generated emails.

I agree with this! It would also be great if we do a blanket cancellation / status change for maintenance and put existing reservations in stand by status if the reason for the change was communicated in standby notification (i.e. "Aircraft scheduled for Maintenance").
I see these suggestions are several years old (2016). Has anything changed yet?
Great idea. I think right now it says something like "Cancellation Reason: Other - Aircraft went down for maintenance". It would be better if we allowed you to customize this.
