Allow us to mark a flight as cancelled vs deleted
There are many times when we can't fly due to weather. We cxl the flights but don't want it to show as a normal flight. We need to be able to mark it cxl'd as red so it shows on the schedule. Too much good info is lost when we delete, expecially on intro flights.

When we cancel a flight using "Delete" function, the box does not pop up a selection for the reason. However, the email notification shows the Cancellation Reason box is blank. What's wrong. This has occurred since Version 4 release.
James, thanks for the update on this. One way I've seen this handled is by having an admin create a new Activity Type called "Cancelled" with a special color. This type could be selected instead of deleting the reservation so it will still be visible on the schedule.

a) Have an option, when you go to cancel a flight, to either remove it from the schedule, or have it stay visible. If visible, would also be nice to visibly cross it out, or give it a new colour, if it is marked as cancelled. This makes it easy for the scheduler to see what needs to be rescheduled.
b) Additionally, or maybe instead: perhaps the default behaviour could be: it removes itself if the booking start time has not yet been reached and stays visible if it's cancelled after the planned start time? (but the option to override this behaviour would be good too).
Bruce, thanks for posting the idea. Currently, we remove cancelled reservations from the schedule but admins can still review reports on cancellations.
