Make additional time-off and time-on entries to override the weekly base schedule. It is recommended that you first setup the base schedule because the weekly base schedule applies to each and every week. Time-off and Time-on entries are for making changes on specific days, such as for a holiday or vacation. These entries can be made from the work schedule page or directly from the schedule views.
Follow the steps below to make "Time Off" or "Time On" entries from the schedule views:
- From a Day View, click on the time slot you want to make changes to which will load the New Reservation page.
- In the Reservation Type drop-down, select Time Off or Time On. If you do not see either of these in the drop down, you do not have permission to edit work schedules which is required to perform this task.
- Select the duration and click Save.
