Follow the steps below to assign multiple users to a role at once:
This task requires that you have permission to Assign Users to Roles.
Go to the Company menu and click Roles.
Under the Actions: column, click the icon for "Assign Mass Users to this Role" (plus sign). This will take you to the assign users page.
With the assign users page you can either copy or move existing users to the role. If you copy a user to the role, the user will still be assigned to the role they were previously assigned to. However, if you move a user to a role, it will remove them from the previous role.
Select a role. Select a role which will list users currently assigned to that role in the right box.
Select the users. Select the users you want to assign to the role you are working with.
Use the arrows to move users into the 3rd column that you want to assign to this role.
Select copy or move.
Click Save and Finish.
