Follow the steps below to remove multiple users from a role at once:
This task requires that you have permission to Assign Users to Roles.
Go to the Company menu and click Roles.
Under the Actions: column, click the icon for "Remove Mass Users from this Role" (minus sign). This will take you to the remove users from a role page.
Select a role. Select a role which will list users currently assigned to that role in the right box.
Select the users. Select the users you want to remove from the role.
Use the arrows to move users into the right column that you want to remove from this role.
Click Save and Finish.
Users must be assigned to at least one role at all times. If a user is only assigned to one role and you want to remove them from that role, you must first assign them to another role before removing them.
