How do I setup multiple locations? (v3)

If you have permission to "Edit Company Preferences", you can add multiple locations under one company on Flight Schedule Pro. Once you have added more than one location, you can:
  1. Assign aircraft to a specific location
  2. Assign instructors to one or more locations
  3. Specify which users are able to see a specific location
  4. Filter the schedule by locations
  5. Make reservations for a specific location
To give yourself access to new location(s):

Once you've added a second location, no users will be able to see that location (including you) unless the user is manually given access to that location.
  1. Go to My Account > My Profile
  2. Click Login Info at the top-left of the page. If you cannot see locations information on this page you may have not yet added a second location, or you may not have permission to assign users to locations.
  3. Check the box next to the locations you want to give yourself access to.
  4. Click Save Changes.

You will need to edit each user manually to specify which locations they have access to.
  1. Go to Company > Users
  2. Click the name of the user you want to give access to a new location
  3. Once you are on the user's profile, click Login Info at the top-left of the page. If you cannot see locations information on this page youmay have not yet added a second location, or you may not havepermission to assign users to locations.
  4. Check the box next to the locations you want to give the user access to.
  5. Click Save Changes.
