Aircraft Fields

Current Hobbs

Current Hobbs is the current value of the aircraft's Hobbs meter. It is a positive integer with no more than 1 decimal place. This field is updated when new flight is entered for the aircraft.

No Hobbs

If the aircraft does not have a Hobbs meter, this checkbox should be checked. Also note, you cannot remove a meter from an aircraft if there are Maintenance Reminders based on the meter.

Heater Hobbs

Heater Hobbs is the current value of the Heater Hobbs meter installed in the aircraft. It is a positive integer with no more than 1 decimal place.

No Heater Hobbs

If the aircraft does not have a Heater Hobbs meter, this checkbox should be checked. Also note, you cannot remove a meter from an aircraft if there are Maintenance Reminders based on the meter.

Air Time

Air Time is the current value of the aircraft's Air Time meter. It is a positive integer with no more than 2 decimal places. This field is only visible to companies that have English (Canada) selected as their Default Language in the System Setup section.

No Air Time

If the aircraft does not have an Air Time meter, this checkbox should be checked. Also note, you cannot remove a meter from an aircraft if there are Maintenance Reminders based on the meter. This field is only visible to companies that have English (Canada) selected as their Default Language in the System Setup section.

Total Time (TT)

Total Time (TT) is a calculated value that equals the aircraft's current Total Time. Total Time (TT) is the current value of the meter selected in the (TT) follows field plus any adjustment entered in the (TT) Adj. field. This field is calculated using another meter, therefore it is automatically updated whenever the meter it follows is updated.

(TT) follows

(TT) follows determines the meter used to calculate the Total Time (TT) on the aircraft. When ever the meter selected in this drop down is updated, the Total Time (TT) on the aircraft is also updated.

(TT) Adj.

(TT) Adjustment is used to adjust the Total Time (TT) on the aircraft if it does not equal the current value of the meter selected in the (TT) follows drop down box.

 

 

Engine Fields

**These fields are only visible if the aircraft you are viewing is equipped with an engine.

Current Time (CT)

Current Time (CT) is a calculated value that equals the Current Time on the engine. Current Time (CT) is the value of the meter selected in the (CT) follows field plus any adjustment made in the (CT) Adj. field. This field is calculated using another meter, therefore it is automatically updated whenever the meter it follows is updated.

(CT) Adj.

(CT) Adjustment is used to adjust the Current Time (CT) on the engine if it does not equal the value of the meter selected in the (CT) follows field.

(CT) follows

(CT) follows determines the meter used to calculate the Current Time (CT) on the aircraft. When ever the meter selected in this drop down box is updated, the Current Time (TT) on the engine is also updated.

Tach

Tach is the the current value of the Tach meter. It is a positive integer with no more than 2 decimal places. This field is updated every time a flight entered for the aircraft.?á

No Tach

If the engine does not have a Tach meter, this checkbox should be checked. Also note, you cannot remove the Tach meter from an aircraft that has Maintenance Reminders based on this meter.

Last MOH Date

Last MOH Date is the date of the engine's last overhaul.

Last MOH Time

Last MOH Time is the time on the engine when the last overhaul occurred.

TBO Hours

TBO Hours is the interval between overhauls. If the engine needs to be overhauled every 1000 hours, enter 1000 into this field.

Serial Number

Serial Number is the engine's serial number which can be used for your tracking purposes. This field is limited to 100 characters.

Description

Description is a comments field for descriptive information about the engine. This field is limited to 250 characters.

 

 

Propeller Fields

**These fields are only visible if the aircraft you are viewing has an engine equipped with a propeller.

Current Time (CT)

Current Time (CT) is a calculated value that equals the Current Time on the propeller. Current Time (CT) is the current value of the meter selected in the (CT) follows field plus any adjustment made in the (CT) Adj. field. This field is calculated using another meter, therefore it is automatically updated when the meter it follows is updated.

(CT) Adj.

(CT) Adj. is used to adjust the Current Time (CT) on the propeller if it does not equal the current value of the meter selected in the (CT) follows drop down box for the engine.

Last MOH Date

Last MOH Date is the date of the propeller's last overhaul.

Last MOH Time

Last MOH Time is the time on the propeller when the last overhaul occurred.

TBO Hours

TBO Hours is the interval between overhauls. If the propeller needs to be overhauled every 1000 hours, enter 1000 into this field.

TBO Months

TBO Months is the number of months between each overhaul. If the engine needs to be overhauled every 10 months, enter 10 into this field.

Serial number is the propeller's serial number. This field is limited to 100 characters.

Description is a comments field for descriptive information about the propeller. This field is limited to 250 characters.
