How do I cancel my subscription?

We don't want to see you go! If it helps, we'd love to explore ways we can reduce the impact of your subscription by switching you to monthly billing, removing resources, or deactivating add-on modules. Just give us a call at the number below to discuss your options.

**To discuss your options or to cancel your account, you must contact billing support at 1-866-391-8324. Only Administrators of the account on Flight Schedule Pro may request cancellation.**

Please review the Cancellation Terms below prior to requesting cancellation.

Cancellations MUST be received in advance of Renewal
According to the Terms of Use, we must receive cancellation requests at least FIVE (5) days prior to your next renewal date. 

Monthly Subscribers
There are no refunds for monthly subscription payments. If we receive your cancellation request at least FIVE (5) days prior to your next renewal date we will process your cancellation and you will not be charged for the next months service. You will be charged for the next months service unless we receive your cancellation request FIVE (5) days prior to your next renewal date.

Annual Subscribers
There are no refunds for annual subscription payments. If we do not receive your cancellation request FIVE (5) days prior to your next renewal date you will be charged a processing fee of $30

Account Reactivation
Consistent with the Terms of Use, there is a $30 reactivation fee for previously canceled accounts and we do not guarantee to store data for any period of time once you cancel your account.
