If an airplane goes into maintenance, there should be some indication on the schedule that someone has a reservation should the aircraft come back out of maintenance in time. Currently, we have to deliberately filter the schedule in order to even see if there is a standby reservation, which no one ever thinks about. Out of site, out of mind.

We need this too! As well as keeping the history of canceled flights, and when emails/text messages have been sent.

We currently crew a citation jet for someone and are unable to assign 2 pilots (instructors) to the reservation. We have to make 2 reservations, and the 2nd one has no client or airplane attached to it, just the instructor/pilot. We also ferry airplanes and are unable to add 2 instructors/pilots to one of the 2 flights needed for the ferry operation.

It would also be nice to be able to place any "flags" that may have been overridden, or warnings, on the dispatch sheet. Our school has a lot of flags to make sure we have the information we need, such as a current passport, medical, certificate entered/updated (if they just passed a private checkride), current insurance, etc. Currently, our ground support is writing on the dispatch sheets, but it often doesn't get on there, and after the screen passes, you might forget what it was to begin with.

I agree! These have gotten lost, and people tend to get mad when that happens. You could just make the line twice as wide in the screen view for these reservations. Kind of like what excel spreadsheets do when there is too much information to display.
