Create a feature to "copy" lessons when creating courses in training hub. Just like we can copy courses. We have "review" lessons that would save lots of time if I could copy or duplicate a lesson already created in a course.8 votes
We have received this request from a few other clients as well and understand the process could use a refresh. We will update when we have a plan!
When you receive a payment against an invoice, a new invoice number is produced by the system, which creates a double up (2 invoice numbers per transaction), and clogs the billing reports with unnecessary invoice numbers. Why not just put the payment flag against the original invoice once its paid? If you feel the need to produce more paperwork, when the second "invoice" is created, can the system use the original invoice number and label the document a receipt so its easy to distinguish when looking at the billing reports.3 votes
This is something we’ll absolutely need to update when we get further into development with our Maintenance and Inventory features. I can’t say when that will be specifically, but this will get improved in the near future!
Request the ability to make a custom meter name such as maintenance meter or Mx Meter. We currently use air time for this function, but the name air time can be misleading for our operation.5 votes

Thank you for all of the comments and votes for this idea – it has been our highest voted idea ever. We understand that a large amount of our customers use Android and would prefer a native app as opposed to the mobile website.
In the past our strategy has been to align with the industry tools, many of which singularly support iOS. We are taking steps toward a holistic mobile approach, however at this time we can’t say with certainty that we will develop an Android app in the near future.
We have heard your requests and appreciate that this is an important topic. We will update this idea once we have more clarity around our mobile plans. Thank you!
