Due to the limitations with the instructor work schedule and override permissions etc. We have created "Activity Type"(s) to note when an instructor is in the office but not available for bookings for whatever reason. Currently you wouldn't know the reason for the blocked out time in their schedule unless you go into it. Would be nice for the "Activity Name" in this 'types' to be displayed for a quick view on the schedule. Examples "Vacation", "Duty Supervisor", "Available by request", "Booked off for Night Flights" etc...
